Staff is great, service is great. Food is alright, not much variety in pastas. Favorite thing would be the cookies, other than that, would not really recommend as a go-to.
The ready to go options is amazing as well!
"Rapid pick-up" took 35 min. The guy in front of us waited 45 min. The staff had no answers when we asked what took so long. The manager did nothing and hid behind the counter. They could have at least offered a dessert to the 15+ people waiting in rapid pick up.
Great food. No hassle if you sit on your computer and stay a long time.

The maleability of the menu is outstanding! One can order what they want (and not what they DON'T want) without seeming like a pain in the @$$.
I belong to their club..love i can order ahead, eat in or take out. Had a delicious connamin roll and coffee how I like it, free wifi and a comfortable booth.
