Jeanette is my go-to girl when it comes to Deep Pore Facials. She is very thorough with her work and she doesn't push you to buy products. Instead, she tells you how to switch up your routine with the products you already own. I highly recommend going to her!!

I had dark marks and burns on my face and they are doing an excellent job removing them. My treatment is not completed yet, but I am so far very happy with the results. The staff are very nice, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!"
Unfortunately, i have to write a bad review for this specific spa. My girlfriend and I came into this new place we discovered as we drive by almost everyday and decided too give it a shot. Saturday, we got scheduled for a time that we where really excited about to have a relaxing day. Apparently they thought it was the same person booked for some odd reason and scheduled us back to back, and not together. We left without a service, they did re-book us and the girl as the front desk apologized to us, and told us we would get a discount when we came in next time (that was nice). They have god customer service as everyone there is kind. But, I don't think i will be back here, because they as a professional business need more organizational skills. Thanks Serenity, not this time. Luckily, my girlfriend and I found another spa, we had a delightful experience there and will continue going there.
This is, by far, the best spa I have ever been to. Misty is fantastic! She was actually recommended to me by my naturopath. After changing my diet, as well as using multiple different creams and ointments with no luck, my skin is finally clearing up thanks to Misty! It went from being painful and irritated to less inflamed with no pain.
My son has been seeing Misty for the last couple years due to cystic acne. She always takes the time to review his home regiment and whether we need to change his current treatment or leave it the same. He has been having micro-needling for scarring and it has definitely helped. Misty truly cares about her clients and their treatment success. She even referred us to a naturopath who is helping my son with some other issues he has going on and the combination is definitely making a difference with his acne. Thank you Misty!
I have received many facials in the past, and every single one of them always ended up irritating those parts of my skin.
