The medical staff and providers at the clinic are professional and friendly. My biggest concerns were: the fact that UW Medical Center double bills you (seperate charges for the facility and for your provider). This would cause me to accidentally fall behind in my bills due to thinking I had just paid my co-pay but then I would receive a second bill for the facility. Also, I was disappointed with the lack of same day appointments they could offer me for what I felt might be an urgent need vs a scheduled appointment.
I want to say thank you to the urgent care reception a few weeks back who let me know prior to a huge bill, which I knew it would be coming in with what I was, that my insurance isn't going to cover my visit. I've since then had my insurance changed and will hopefully be seeing a primary care doctor there. The receptionist felt so bad and was so genuine on wanting to help me get seen for what is going on. She gave me handouts, and info on going forward with this if I chose to do so. I haven't found a good reliable doctor since moving to the area, so I'm hoping I will have as good of luck with their primary team as I did the kindness the receptionist showed me.
really bad experience and customer service i have had supposely a appointment for almost a year and for the past 8MONTHS they would re cancel our appointments and give me different excuses everytime and the recepecionest was so rude and disrespectful i will not recomend no more people here!!! and will not return to this place
For years I had been a patient here and then taken my daughter there to visit. Recently the level of professionalism has declined tremendously. What I professional about calling on a Saturday for a newborn appointment, being told there are no appointments until 3 weeks later, then being told you would be called on Monday to be called actually on a Tuesday and offered an appointment. What a circus! I decided to go elsewhere.
