Honestly, the main person that I have worked with is Amy Jo. Five stars was not enough. Through much of this process, she was my sanity. She listened, empathized, advocated and honestly cared about my daughter, McKynzie. She is amazing!!! Amy is able to somehow be both professional and very warm. She has phenomenal follow-through, which, if I am honest, is something that I lack. I knew she always had our back if I forgot to do or provide something. She always kept our case focused and I felt like relevant. Just a wonderful person
I got rear ended in a car accident about a year and a half ago and decided to go with Phillips Law Firm based on the recommendation I got from my chiropractor. I should not have gone with this law firm, their overall service was absolutely terrible.
After the arbitration I contacted his supervisor, Jason Murphy, to resolve the case but he wasn't much of a help either. The first couple times I reached out to him, I told him that I needed to see specific number break down for the final reward for me to make my final decision. He told me that he would send over that information but kept on insisting that I should just follow his professional recommendation and close out the case. I follow up with him every week to get updated on the case but I kept on getting directed to his voice mail and I never heard back from him again. At the end, Jason never sent me the information I requested and ended up making the final decision to close out the case himself without my final approval.
I spoke with Nick during the deposition and that was the only pleasant experience I got from this firm.
I was disappointed when I first started because it did not seem like anyone cared. I kept getting new people working on my case. But then I was placed in May Jo's care. She has been amazing. She is pleasant and always keeps in touch with me with updates. I will come back to use you again because of her . Thank you so much for your assistance.
Brad Feit represented me during the arbitration and he did a terrible job representing me, in my opinion. He did not take the time to explain everything through and he was very short with me on everything, almost to the point of being rude.
Garbage Law firm that fights for minimal amount. Go with a smaller non televised firm. I would have a phone conference with at least 3 of them before committing. If you speak to a someone different each time, are hard to ahold of, then it is a red flag. That is precisely what you get with Philips Law Firm. Big name, minimum settlement, and terrible customer service. I had my case manager who was very rude from the start, abandon me midway through and the firm did not tell me he left. They were nothing but dismissive and rude when I confronted them about this. There were a slew of other issues with this firm. All I got to say about this firm is they are full of BS and are money grubbing
I found out that my case got closed when the law firm called me to ask about where they should send out the final check to.
Stay AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM.... PLEASE PLEASE. AWHILE back ,THEY HANDLED MY LABOR AND INDUSTRY CLAIMS, I HAD TO do all the work,calls,to.them,payed them and no.work from them.SEEMS ALL.THE DID WAS THIS
