I'm very sad to say that I'm extremely disappointed in this location. I have been going here for lunch on and off for the past 2 years. I get the same thing every time, Slim 6 with hot peppers on the side... I understand that the slim sandwiches are normally plain but the hot peppers on the side have NEVER been an issue until this evening. I went there at around 6pm and the lady working there refused to even check to see if the peppers were even a possibility. I explained that this has been my usual meal for the past 2 years but she continued to say that it was not possible. I'm a vegetarian due to health reasons and already have trouble finding items on the menu... so the fact that she wouldn't even attempt to look on the sides options (this is where it's been in the past) really upset me. So I made the choice to take my business elsewhere. She then proceeded to make comments with a snarky tone as I left the store. I will never be going back here as it was pretty humiliating to have someone basically tell me I was wrong.
I work 3 minutes away on the boarder of woodinville and bothell and just because our address says bothell they can't deliver... very disappointing because the one in bothell won't deliver to me either because it's "out of their delivery area." No Jimmy Johns for me then.
If I could leave a zero star I would.......the service sucked, the young staff was giggling and laughing and making rude comments. Then the food was subpar. The bread was dry on the outside and soggy and mushy on the inside. To top it off the store was filthy. (See photo)
Great food great location. But by far the worst customer service I've had at any fast food restaurant. They didn't greet me and when I went to order the lady even rolled her eyes. Many other locations I will visit definitely not the Woodinville one
