Positive: 1) always a parking spot. 2) an exit with a stoplight ensuring an easy way out during high traffic. 3) manned Goodwill donation center (providing some human lot supervision during most weekdays). 4) located at a public transit hub. 5) never had my vehicle broken into. Negative: 1) getting back to the freeway during the rush hour can be tough it's about a mile away to the onramps.
Cop like to harass people at this location.

Good place to park and catch connections all over King and Snohomish counties. Served by three transit agencies.
Not many buses for commuting to/from Bellevue area. Lots of parking though because of it, so you'll always have a spot (unlike other P&Rs).
