Our old pup (14.5 years old!) has had a rough year but the Banfield doctors have come to her rescue time and time again. Most of the staff I've interacted have been very helpful and patient. They take their time with you and make sure you and your pet feel comfortable. Dr. Athron and Dr. Knoll are so great and we'll continue to see them for as long as we can.
Everything seems good, the fish look healthy and not sick, the lizards and amphibians are well kept, and the adoption area for the dogs looks well kept. But, if you look at the budgies/parakeets they all look sick, the water has poop in it, and it looks like the cage is cleaned about every week at most. You can’t keep live animals like that, cold sick and scared stuck in a cage. Please take better care of your birds!
Brandon, a manager, was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions. I think that pets mart should promote more employees like him to be managers.
PetSmart Grooming Dept needs to improve there way of keeping customer's info in their systems. I have been going there for 4years for my dog's grooming. Tried to make an appointment last week and also today , but they didn't have my info in the system. They kept asking if there's a different phone number or names. Answer to both NO. I'm the only one that brings both of them in and my number has changed. Please take care of this problem ASAP. Thank you, Gabriele Sovers.
I hate writing this review because I like the store itself but I had a bad experience with the grooming department. I went in one morning with my cat because from online I thought they would be able to help me. When I got there instead of being polite and professional to tell me they do not do cat grooming, the one female there was VERY rude. I apologized for getting the info incorrect and told them based off of online I thought they did and her response was “Yeah well we don’t. Haven’t in SEVEN years.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional. Will never suggest anyone I know with dogs go here.
