I had a great experience booking my international trip through Hill Barrett Travel! We are so used to booking everything through the Internet that we completely forgot how nice it is to work with real person, who can take care of ALL your questions for you. Salima was the most knowledgeable, pleasant and the most PATIENT person to work with.
I have never done a review, but here I am! I walked in and she acted like they didn't have a storefront...so I said, "I'm sorry should I have made an appt?" She continued to act annoyed that I had walked through the door, but said I could sit down. I felt like everything that came out of her mouth was condescending. She really wasn't helpful or kind at all and it's not like I asked her to help me get to Vegas...I'm going to Greece. One of the hotels I had mentioned staying at in Honolulu, HI in the past wasn't considered a "luxury" resort, so she proceeded to let me know that they only handled "luxury" vacations. It was a very odd interaction and it's too bad that they will never have my future business. (To be fair, I have already booked my Villa in Greece and Hill Barrett Travel doesn't handle airfare only, so I guess she didn't feel the need to be respectful).
Karimah at Hill Barrett Travel planned the most wonderful trip for our family. She thought of every detail to make sure our vacation was one we would always remember and cherish. I highly recommend Hill Barrett to all my family and friends.
