Terrible service and charging money for no work.
My Nintendo Wii U gamepad wasn't charging, when I called them, they said there is a $35 fees non-refundable whether they fix or not. When I took it to the shop they said it was $55 and not $35. It was supposed to be fix in 2 days, but never heard back for 4 days. When I called, they said the gamepad is non-fixable. So, I got picked up the gamepad from them and I bought a new gamepad for the kids that came with the charger. Guess what, the old gamepad needed a new charger and it works fine. I don't think they even tested my gamepad and they just charge me $55 for nothing.
You'd think that for a place that prides itself on same day repairs, they'd do everything in their power to get fixes done quickly, rather than to get them done in two and a half weeks. They needed to order parts for my device twice, and those shipments each took a week to arrive. If they cared about getting devices back to their customers quickly, they'd overnight these orders.
Super nice staff. Helped me at no charge, and didn't even try to sell me something. Talked to me straight up, and let me know everything that I would not have thought to ask. This place is trustworthy. They really do just want to help.
When I asked about the refund policy was told that only store credit was available. That seems a bit ridiculous. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to making this purchase.
The staff was very friendly and all, but my repair was TWO WEEKS LATE on their original estimated date. The only compensation I received for it was 10% off, and only after I demanded a discount. 10% is nothing considering how much these repairs cost.
Really disappointed. Moments ago I received a call that the phone I ordered this past Saturday, won't be delivered until next Wednesday. Yesterday, I found a newer phone at a reasonable price so I don't need the phone anyway.
The device works fine now, but I had to wait a very long time to get it and got virtually no compensation for it. If you're looking for a quick repair, look elsewhere.
