We've had a great experience with Josh at this store. He greets everyone with a smile and is very helpful with a positive attitude. We switched from Android phones to iPhones and had a lot of questions and Josh has been very patient and supportive. We're appreciative of his willingness to make the transition easy for us. This last visit was good, however I spend about 3 or 4 visits every time I want to change something minor in my account before things get resolved. Ryker was extremely helpful, and got things taken care of for me. Subsequent times it has been a huge headache and wasted time and tons of money!
Jordan was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She was very talkative and made me feel welcomed as well as related her self to me. She does a very good job at getting to know the customer but never pushing the limit. Overall, she made my experience at sprint (which wasn't good) very good and changed my mind about sprint in a good way. She also had very good product knowledge and solved my problem in a small amount of time. A big 5 star from me to Jordan !!!!
