Another star was lost because of the service. Their staff is always friendly, but they forgot the buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken burger and reversed the condiment request on another burger (added the things not wanted, didn’t included the items requested). I also watched three employee step over a few french fries squashed on the floor near the pick-up counter while they got more soda. At least one person saw the fries, and yet they just left them there. Coupled with food under my table, it appears the staff isn’t interested in keeping a clean facility.
Omg. SO MUCH YUM!! I brought a coworker here for lunch, we both love a good burger. We got excited when we saw all the amazing options but when the food arrived we knew we made the right choice. Fresh, amazing, well done with good service in a clean setting. This is our new favorite lunch spot!!
We’ve been coming to Teddy’s since it opened. Back when they were new, they were the best burger in town. But times have changed and the burger game has been elevated. The burgers are always very delicious and we appreciate the various burgers on the menu.
Great quality fast food burgers. Will have to wait 5 minutes while they grill your burger to order. They also do gluten free.
I deducted one star from my review because they’re still serving frozen french fries. At this price point and with the other burger joints in town, fresh french fries are now the norm. The tater tots are very good, but their onion rings are also previously frozen and mediocre at best.
Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and a tater tot. At least the tots were hot. The burgers were cold. The burgers included toppings we asked to have removed but I was going to wait for another hour. The service sucks. I recommend Red Robin.
The burgers here are not like any burger place - they actually have some distinct ingredients and sauces that make this meal feel genuinely delicious and different from any other burger joint (yes, I absolutely love In n Out and I think this place is right there with it or better).
The food here is absolutely delicious and freshly made. The people serving seem cheerful and helpful as they usually have someone going around asking if there's anything else they can get you and they always have the napkins ready (this is a finger food place for sure). The place is clean and neat with great seating in a place that has plenty of parking options.
